About the game
Oikos was created to teach people about good environmental practice and the threat of global warming. Too many people are uninformed or ignorant when it comes to environmental issues. With an entertaining game and some simple information, we hope to demystify the issue.
COP 17
The 17th conference of the parties will be held in Durban this year. The first commitement period to the Kyoto protocol is expiring in 2012. The world's citezens are waiting for a clear signal about what countries will do in a second commitement period that will help save the planet and its people.
Oikos will be launched and demonstrated there to try get the younger generations interested and involved in probably one of the biggest issues facing the planet at this point in time.
